In addition, candidates should also prepare with a focus on Uttar Pradesh for general awareness.

CSAT Syllabus (Paper 2):

The CSAT paper in UPPSC Prelims is qualifying in nature, and candidates must obtain a minimum of 33% marks in it. The marks obtained in this paper are not considered in determining the Prelims result. The official UPPSC syllabus for CSAT includes the following topics:

  • Qualification

To be eligible to appear for the PCS examination, candidates must meet the following educational qualification criteria. It is essential to note that the UPPSC admit cards will be issued only to eligible candidates.

1. Bachelor's Degree Requirement:Candidates must possess at least a bachelor's degree from a recognized university approved by the state or central government. The degree should be relevant to the post for which they are applying.
